Our Customers:
UGI Utilities, Inc. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of UGI Corporation, based in Valley Forge. Headquartered in Reading, PA, UGI consists of two divisions, the gas service division and the electric service division, in addition to having two wholly-owned subsidiaries, UGI Penn Natural Gas, Inc. and UGI Central Penn Gas, Inc., both of which also provide gas service.
